Payments

Payments are taken either through PayPal or Stripe. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Delivery options and costs are taken directly from Royal Mail. Both untracked and tracked options are available for customers in the UK and internationally.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated or for custom pieces). Once the order has been dispatched, The Wheezy Bead cannot be held accountable for delayed or lost orders. Proof of postage can be provided for all orders.
